I’ve heard that almonds and spinach, I think it was if you combine them, can cause depression, is this so and why would that be?

i highly recommend Kombucha (an ancient elixir that has been around for hundred/thousands of years) as a wonderful source of b vitamins, live enzymes, probiotics, and organic acids–all which work synergistically. after the brewing/fermentation process involving an original culture, the result is delightful tasting beverage that is very healthy.

Dr. Axe- I’m not vegetarian or do I avoid meat at all, but I was curious if the B12 you mentioned is found in poultry or fish, or is it specific to red meat?
