Where does the butter and tobasco sauce come in? I watched the video, but didnt see these 2 ingredients added.
The butter you add wile its cooking on the girll Dr. Axe mentions it on the video that in the middle of the cooking to add it and the sauce after its all done smoother it with as much as you like. :)

can you omit the flour? I really don’t like the way gluten free flour tastes. I’ve tried a few different varieties and have had bad results.
I don’t like the way Bob Redmill tastes but you should try Pamela’s GF flour, tastes a whole lot better.
I made these this evening for dinner and when I tasted them I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I would love to know the nutritional information on these because I’m counting calories. I guess I could just try and figure it out, but I thought just maybe you might have already done that :) Thanks for this delicious addition to our healthy recipes!
