Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. unsweetened apple sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup apple
  • 1 tsp honey
Directions

  • Boil Water then add Quinoa, Eggs, Apple Sauce, Salt and Cinnamon to simmer for 10-15 mins.
  • Pour into oven safe bowl and broil on low in oven for 7 mins.
  • Top with Pecans, Apple and Honey
