Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 5 Tbsp. unsweetened apple sauce
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup apple
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
- Boil Water then add Quinoa, Eggs, Apple Sauce, Salt and Cinnamon to simmer for 10-15 mins.
- Pour into oven safe bowl and broil on low in oven for 7 mins.
- Top with Pecans, Apple and Honey
