People ask me all the time what I eat when I am on a road trip or out of town. My answer? I plan ahead and pack this Antioxidant Trail Mix!
Kid’s love this trail mix too–pack it for a school lunch or in the car on vacation.

Love this recipe but I really have an aversion to raisins. Call it the graham cracker/apple juice/raisin over load in primary school…who knows! I just cannot stand. Any substitutions ok? Dried cherries? Dried cranberries? I know we’re going for antioxidents here…maybe dried blueberries? Thanks!
I look your cookbook and the recipes and I referenced this recipe today on my blog. I hope that I did everything right in linking back to your site. If you feel something needs to be changed, please let me know. Thanks!
