Do you know where your water comes from? How it makes the journey from the ground to a bottle to you? Are you drinking living water? All these and more are discussed in this second interview with Jordan Rubin on the Beyond Organic Ranch
Do you want to drink the best water in the world?

Thank you for sharing this! I can’t stand the water that we are currently consuming in the US. Bottled water freaks me out with the plastic toxins that leech into our system and it doesn’t taste that clean anyways. I also notice my throat feeling very dry after consuming bottled water.
Also, knowing what is in tap water is enough to make me hesitate to drink it. Moving to TN from another state I immediately noticed the strong smell of chlorine coming from the tap. Being pregnant and smelling the chlorine in the water makes me gag. I bought an expensive filter from whole foods and it has helped a lot! However, I still feel like the water isn’t clean enough. I often think how nice it would be to drink water without wondering and also knowing what is inside.
I think our Memphis water is pretty awesome. Here’s some scientific proof:
http://www.waterworld.com/index/display/article-display/191620/articles/waterworld/volume-19/issue-11/washington-update/memphis-water-termed-sweetest-in-the-world.html
Think again…………….government reports are very rarely all facts! My hubby works with the EPA!
Most of Memphis’s water is located in a sand aquifer that is sandwiched between two layers of clay. The sand acts as a natural filter, removing many/most impurities. The first artesian well in Memphis was drilled in 1887 to tap into this water source. Today, there are more than eighty artesian wells in the Memphis area. Memphis Light Gas & Water pumps the water from these wells. From there it is filtered, aerated, etc. Tests of Memphis water consistently show contaminent levels far below the allowed maximum.
…and did I mention that it tastes good? Cuz it *does*!!
Thank you for educating us Dr. Axe!
About water and memory, do you think that water that has been purified like reverse osmosis or distilled would have memory problems (energy from the toxins that were in it)?
Thanks!
I live in Nashville and have used a Waterwise Distiller for several years with satisfaction.

Okay, great video. But where do we get this water you talk about in the talk with Jordan Rubin?
The water will be available this fall, but for now you can stay in touch by signing up here: http://www.beyondorganicinsider.com/becomeaninsider.aspx?enroller=745
Dr. Axe,
Looks like I’m on your downline. Really!!! Your pushing Multi Level Marking on your customers and website readers?
I will agree that when I moved to TN all I tasted was CHLORINE yuk! Run off water comes from ALL over and NO amount of filtration or aeration can remove ALL of the toxins and agricultural and industrial chemicals. They leech into the ground and eventually do end up in our water. We triple filter our water. The water depts tell us that there are safe levels of contaminants in our drinking water…………..no level is safe. Our liver and kidneys absorb this. Chlorine is absorbed when you swim in a public or chlorinated pool, shower, etc. Our public water is not safe for anyone to consume. Unless one lives someplace where there are absolutely NO pollutants. This is akin to making claims that organic foods are 100% organic – no such thing unless it is grown in sterile soil and third generation Heirloom seeds and inside a greenhouse. There are no absolutes. I am anxiously awaiting this pure water! I can’t wait!
Water is such a vast subject, and one of my most passionate interests. I have a number of books on the subject of water and it can be just as confusing, contradictory or controversial as the subject of diet.
Yet, water is more important than diet as it is absolutely vital.
I not only focus on the water that one drinks (and cooks with), but EQUALLY important is what one bathes in (and brushes teeth, etc.). When I moved across country to TN, I had a whole house filtration system installed (NOT a softener, althought the water certainly NEEDED it!). I have since sold that house and live in a different place and VERY much miss my system. The water I have in this house is so dangerous, I really fear what toxins I am getting. I ALWAYS put showerhead filters on every shower – always have done that in all my homes.
Regardless of what water you choose to drink, I recommend you think of the landfill situation. I think it’s important to have a system in your home. Whether it’s distilled you ‘believe’ in; structured, ionized, or even ‘regular ol’ Culligan – just make sure you have something in your home.
I AM a part of the Beyond Organic plan, so I do believe wholeheartedly in what Jordan is doing and endorse it. My concern is the medium. If we’re still talking about bottles..although the product is better..we still haven’t moved far enough.
What does God has to do with this? Water exists, God doesn’t…
How does one prove that God does not exist, Arthur?
if God exists then He created pure water. Trying to drink as close to the pure water that God created, and not the polluted disease filled water that man and the curse of sin have made, seems like a wise idea, that and using good grammar when you insult peoples beliefs [does god has?]
Excellent response, Amad.
When one sees water pouring out of the faucet, or out of the garden hose, we think ‘water’, but rarely does the average human being actually see ‘real’ water anymore.
(As I mentioned, above, I have lots of books on the subject).
The physical, chemical, molecular structure of water is no longer..water. Once the ‘modern’ world created sewer systems and altered water with chemicals to provent illness, it changed water forever.
The molecular structure isn’t even designed for our bodies – it doesn’t ‘fit’ into our cells. And then, of course, not to mention how contaminated it is with bacterial, pollutants, pharamaceuticals, etc, but even without all that it isn’t right.
There are various ways of getting to what is more the ‘original’ water..what has been designed by God (yes, God), and created (yes created) for human bodies and all other living organisms.
Dr. Axe is sharing with us one of those ways of bringing a purer, more natural water to you.
Oops, typo. Meant ‘prevent’..
what is a good kitchen sink water filtration system for city water (Chicago) lost of bad stuff in our water!
So, where can I buy this good water? Please let me know.
Very helpful info for my students and customers! Thank you, Jordan and Dr. Josh!
