Ingredients:
- 1 bunch, Organic Kale, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 Onion
- 4-5 cloves, Garlic, chopped
- Sea Salt to taste

kale is the perfect filler! when you put in in soup all raw, crunchy, and delicious, it adds an earthy punch and extra nutrients. my fave is with black bean soup or white bean & chicken soup.

I love kale cooked this way …. the one thing i add at end is balsamic vinegar.. YUM!!
