Raw Walnut Tacos
- 1 1/2 c. raw walnuts, ground in food processor
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 2 tsp. Bragg’s liquid aminos
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients in food processor and pulse into a coarse mixture.

I was a little skeptical about how these would taste at first. I know how good walnuts are for you so I gave it a try. We LOVE this recipe! I didn’t do it in lettuce wraps but I’m sure it would be great. We put our fresh garden vegetables and cheese inside some of Costco’s whole wheat tortillas. Delish! My husband requests these all the time now!
Can you give me a little more info about the “coconut aminos”? I called two health food stores and Whole Foods and no one had heard of it/them?

Hope you have a recipe for how to make a healthy pizza sauce, maybe using Stevia instead of sugar? Also, what we can use to replace the pizza crust, and using the right type of cheeze and toppings..
