Wonderful list Dr. Axe, and thank you! I recently started taking two whole food based supplements prior to this catastrophe and am very grateful that I did. They are ‘NatraBurst’ by 124online and ‘Raw Protein’ by Garden of life. Between the two I get most of your recommended food list on a daily basis. The rest, of course, I can get at the grocery store. I would recommend to anyone who is concerned about nuclear fallout to find some sort of powdered whole food supplement to keep in their pantry in case of contamination. At least it’s a start.
I was surprised you didn’t mention avocados as a potassium-rich food.
