1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. onion powder
1 Tbsp. sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
How long will this ketsup last in the fridge?
Hi Karen,
It should typically last at least a week or two in the refrigerator.
I’m not a big ketchup fan but this actually looks good with sundried tomatoes. I might leave out the raisins and add a bit of cayenne pepper instead since i like spicy over sweet. Thanks!
can this recipe be done with fresh tomatos?
You could use fresh tomatoes. But I’m sure it will taste different than the original recipe and could have a slightly different consistency. But I think it’s great to explore and create new recipes!
