I’m trying to put on an extra five pounds of muscle what are some great foods to eat.
For gaining weight eat more real food. 4-5 big meals a day plus weight training should do the trick. Include foods like quinoa, sweet potatoes, and brown rice along with loads of vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts & seeds, and organic meats.
