You did not mention whether or not you soaked your seeds and nuts? Also, did you dehydrate the apples yourself, if not what brand do you recommend?
Based on the reading I’ve been doing regarding raw nuts, it seems like it is best for digestion and health to soak nuts before consuming them. Other than that, your granola looks delicious!
