This sounds good… but it seems like this would be loaded with fat. Should someone watching their weight try this?

Such a good idea, I found a good deal online for raw cashews have 8 lbs so this is perfect, i am almost out of almond butter will make this next.. i love addition of date and the oil… also looks like you are using the smaller container of vitamix is that the one used for grains? I have that one & will give it a try when i make this.
