How can i comment on the video when i can’t even see or hear it
I agree, I can never see the video. I have tried on 3 different servers. I would like to be able to read the articles.
Great video. Thanks, Josh!
I wish more of your videos also had an article. I am unable to watch the videos but would love to read what information you’re sharing.
Thanks.
Love your information. Could you possibly state the quantity we should be eating with each food. You mentioned carrots, blueberries, etc., but I never know how much to eat each day or week. Thanks, Judy Baker
Dr. Axe,
Thanks for this video. Do you recommend flax seed over fish oil to get omega 3s? I’ve read that fish oil has more benefits than flax.
Thanks!
Thanks for all you do. I am a HSP, so all the information I get is overwhelming.
I have always been a health nut, guru, crusader..Yoga and meditation…but you have to realize that here in Wyoming, we are not always going to have access to organics.
My hubby and I drive when we can to Whole foods, 75 miles away in Park City Utah (closest one)
Our local grocery store started getting some organics, after I begged for years, but not as much as I would like. They have what the majority wants, junk!
We live out in the middle of nowhere.
I juice regular, lots of kale, spinach, romaine. I eat raw garlic, like some eat chocolate.
When I can’t get organic, I wash well with white vinegar. I have to eat. But the junk these people eat here in my little valley, oh it is scary! Just keep in mind with your info, that some can’t get all you suggest. I try to help educate, and I am now the minority. Namaste Shelley Jo
How much spinach a day is okay?
Coconut Oil too! Lost 40lbs switching to healthy oils alone.
What are your thoughts the Kiefer products.
Thanks Dr. Axe for more great information. Most of these I already eat regularly but I was interested in the goat’s milk yogurt info. I don’t usually buy it because it’s pasteurized too, so I’m glad you explained about the flash pasteurization.
I was also happy to see in these comments that I’m not the only one that would prefer you include a transcipt with your videos. I can read much faster than I can watch a video and often just due to a lack of time, your videos pile up in my inbox until I can find time to watch them. Definitely something to consider.
Thanks so much!
Thanks for the posting this video about the top five foods for women! It is great to have this information on what we women should be eating.
However, I noticed that not once in your video did you mention any foods that would be healthy for a woman’s reproductive cycle. It is great to know which foods will help my skin and hair, but I think women also need to know what foods are good for their reproductive health. I have heard that omega-3s potentially play a role in the cellular health of a woman’s eggs, but I am wondering what foods should a woman include in her diet to maintain a healthy monthly cycle.
I am new to your website and I agree with so much of what you talk about. One thing that I am confused about is that in one section you encourage us to drink apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to increase acid, then you tell us to eat spinach to reduce acid. Is there a section of your website where I can get some more detailed information on this??
Thanks.
