Would theses also be good for women over 50 who need to build muscle?
Dr. Axe, Good stuff. However, I would like to have heard you say that salmon would be preferred over red meat. Grass fed beef is hard to trust when salmon that is wild caught is much more trusted. Yes, there may be some differences in the CLA, but why not get it from another source. What is another good sorce of CLA??? If salmon is, then great. I prefer
