Ingredients

  • 1 bunch, Organic Kale, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 4-5 cloves, Garlic, chopped
  • Sea Salt to taste
Directions

  • Chop Kale, Onion and Garlic
  • Melt Coconut Oil then, sautee in pan over medium heat
  • Salt to Taste
