3-4 c. leftover, cooked chicken (cage free or organic)
2-3 c. coarsely diced celery
1 c. sliced red grapes
2 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. Veganaise (with grapeseed oil)
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
sea salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until combined.
